Join us for a gentle restorative and reflective Candle Light Full Moon Sound Bath.


Leave Stress and worries behind and immerse yourself in this soul awakening offering from The Whole You. Expect to begin with slow gentle yogic movement to create space and stillness in the mind and body.


Then you will be led into a restorative relaxation posture to fully take in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and other various sound healing instruments.
